Confucius Says,

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." This means no matter how long or difficult the journey is (in fitness, business, and life in general), you need to first get started, take action, even if it's a small step, just do it, no need to wait!! Had to touch on this since I've heard far too often clients, friends, family say, I'll start ___________tomorrow/next week/next year!!!" A journey (or better yet, your goal) will never get completed unless you start it. Sounds simple, but how many people actually put themselves out there, take a risk, get out of their comfort zone and take that next step?

Leaving your comfort zone is tough but necessary if you want to achieve your goals and dreams. Constantly learning, talking to the right people, and putting into practice what you learned can help you take that next step towards success. Getting started in anything that puts you in an uncomfortable situation is always the hardest part when trying to achieve a goal. Getting started doesn't have to be a drastic change. When starting a fitness regimen, maybe just walking around the block everyday could be a start for someone who's never worked out before. In business, starting out small is always better than trying to go big, renting out a huge space, breaking down walls (sorry, inside joke), buying expensive equipment etc. Making small improvements day by day will eventually yield huge results in no time!
